Over the course of this summer, Spec writer Rhiannon Russell and I put together an arts series aimed at introducing readers to some of amazing artists in Hamilton. It took lot of our time these last two months (not to mention photographers’ time – every one of the more than 100 artists featured had a [...] This is old news now, but the Supercrawl fundraiser was a few weeks ago and it was quite the night. Bill Curran of TCA was kind enough to host in his amazing office space on the third floor at 118 James North. My pictures don’t begin to give a complete picture of the place (or [...] If you’re out at Art Crawl tonight, please look for the Supercrawl table – I (along with other members of the Supercrawl Curatorial Committee) will be selling tickets for our upcoming end-of-June fundraiser which is going to be a pretty awesome time. Stop by and pick one up to support the local and national artists [...] Just a heads-up. If you are someone who comes here regularly, next week might be a little slow as the Supercrawl Curatorial Committee (which I am a part of) exhausts itself with last-minute prep and installations for what is sure to be an amazing event next Saturday, September 10th.
